Transit Damage Terms

Buddi AI thoroughly inspects and secures every shipment, yet if your parcel shows any signs of transit damage please email info@getbuddi.ai within forty eight hours of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching clear photos of the outer carton, label, internal packaging and the affected product; once we confirm the claim we will, at no extra cost, arrange a replacement, a full refund or equivalent store credit, and if a return is required we will supply a prepaid label; claims made after forty eight hours, purely cosmetic blemishes or damage occurring after delivery are not covered, and our liability is limited to the purchase price and original shipping fees.

Refund Policy

If a return or order cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund within forty-eight hours and typically credit the amount to the original payment method or customer bank account within five to seven working days; actual posting time may vary slightly depending on the card-issuing bank or payment gateway.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

We pack and hand over every domestic order to our courier partner or India Post within seven calendar days of receiving full payment. Once dispatched, deliveries usually reach most metro cities within three to five business days and other locations within five to ten business days. These time frames are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Public holidays, remote destinations, or unforeseen disruptions may extend delivery times. Tracking details are shared by email as soon as the parcel is in transit.

International Orders

International parcels are dispatched through trusted global courier services or international speed post within seven calendar days of payment confirmation. Typical delivery windows are ten to fifteen business days for North America, Europe, and South-East Asia, and fifteen to twenty-one business days for the rest of the world. Actual transit time can vary due to customs inspection, local clearance procedures, or service disruptions in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or surcharges levied by the destination authorities.

General Notes

All delivery estimates begin after the dispatch date, not the order date.

We guarantee timely hand-over to our courier partners but cannot influence delays that occur once a parcel is in their custody or with customs.

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the ranges above, contact support@getbuddi.ai with your order number so that we can expedite a resolution.

Delivery of all physical orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Delivery of digital services or confirmations will be sent to your email ID specified during registration.
