Buddi comes with a 1-year Pro membership included, offering unlimited transcriptions and premium features. After the first year, you can continue with Pro at $15/month to keep enjoying all advanced capabilities.

Once you place your order, your Buddi will be delivered within 7 to 15 days. If there are any changes or delays in delivery, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes, your data is fully secured. We use Firebase, which implements end-to-end encryption (E2EE) with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) to protect your information. This means even we can’t access your memories—if you lose your password, we won’t be able to recover your data from our end.

Buddi is built for convenience a quick 10–15 minute charge gives you 3–4 days of usage. No hassle, just reliable performance.

You will need internet connectivity and a mobile phone for best performance.

If you lose your Buddi, you’ll need to order a replacement device. Don’t worry, your data remains safe and secure in the cloud, and will sync seamlessly with your new Buddi once you log in.
